Please note that the hotel car park is located at the back of the hotel and therefore has a different address. Guests who are coming by car are requested to navigate to the address Mathildelaan 1. "Perfecte locatie voor evenementen in het PSV-stadion, met ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, al zijn er nog"

De locatie van het hotel is perfect, zeker als je een evenement bezoekt in het PSV-stadion. Voor de Foute Party was het ideaal; alles op loopafstand en geen gedoe met vervoer achteraf. Daarnaast verdient het personeel een groot compliment. Iedereen was ontzettend vriendelijk, gastvrij en behulpzaam. Je voelt je echt welkom en er wordt met je meegedacht wanneer je een vraag hebt.

Het incheckproces was duidelijk niet berekend op de hoeveelheid gasten die tegelijkertijd arriveerden. De wachtrij was zo lang dat deze niet eens fatsoenlijk in het hotel paste. Bij evenementen zou een vervroegde incheckmogelijkheid of een efficiënter incheckproces de ervaring aanzienlijk verbeteren. Daarnaast hadden wij een spa-kamer geboekt, maar de jacuzzi bleek helaas gebreken te hebben. Deze was niet schoon en tijdens gebruik lieten enkele doppen los. Hierdoor ontstond zelfs een scherpe rand waaraan ik mijn knieholte heb opengehaald. Verder misten wij enkele praktische voorzieningen op de kamer, zoals wattenstaafjes en een vloertrekker. Na het douchen komt er namelijk veel water op de vloer terecht, zelfs tot aan het gedeelte waar het bed staat. Met een eenvoudige trekker zou dit probleem gemakkelijk opgelost kunnen worden. Jammer, want de kamer en het concept hebben veel potentie, maar door deze punten voldeed het verblijf niet aan onze verwachtingen.

Vriendelijk personeel tijdens de ontvangst, het ontbijt en uitchecken. Een mooie schone kamer en heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt. Wij komen zeker terug!
