Hotel is located in a renovated warehouse and is very noisy. One can hear the conversations of those in the adjacent room as well as those down on street (from the fourth floor). Parking and breakfast were both €25, which is not disclosed on many of the third-party hotel sites. There is absolutely no ventilation in the front desk controls the thermostat. The size of the parking spots in the garage are so small that anything bigger than a Mini Cooper is going to have trouble parking. Staff also failed to mention the parking tickets time out and so you attempt to drive out of the garage only to find that you need a different ticketfrom reception and need to park your car and go back inside, up three floors to reception to retrieve a new ticket in order to exit the parking garage. A small coffee here in the morning will cost you eight euros ($10).
