Helpful staff, particularly at the hotel bar. Eg no problem with arranging some glasses for the hotel room

I chose for a late checkout. Apparently this hasn’t been communicated with cleaning staff so I got a very intense knocking at my door, with staff inquiring when I would leave.

I loooved how clean and modern the rooms where. I was very happy when I entered, and everything was clean. The hotel is also very central, so that was awesome, we could walk easily from place to place. The staff were also so nice! I loved that they where helpful and very kind and understanding!! The airco was the right temperature Everything was on point.

The only concern i had was that at the reception it took a long time and i was really in a hurry. I understand that this can happen, but maybe it is good to have more people at the reception that are able to do more individually. ( i am not angry at all😉 just a tip)
