Great hote. Reasonable price. Fabulous breakfast and rooftop pool.

I loved how intimate the experience felt. Staff were friendly and caring.

This property is not well taken care of in any capacity. While it is at a great location, the rooms were dirty, phone was not working, towels were dirty and I got under my sheets and noticed how soiled and disgusting they were. After I notified, the front desk, the staff member was very rude and mind you, there was limited language barrier because I speak some Spanish. Later on, Rafael, another colleague came to my room to give me new towels and change the sheets. Those towels were also dingy and they did not have a new comforter for me, just a blanket. He was kind enough to move me to a large suite but the suite I was placed in was dusty, not clean, no water pressure and very hot. It was already 12am at this time so I just stayed in the room because I was exhausted. This was such a sad experience for me. Upon checkout, I got food to go from the restaurant and after a 40 minute wait, they gave me my hot food in tin-foil.

El hotel muy lindo y acogedor , el personal muy atento y con muy buena actitud , la única parte fue que el día que nos íbamos nos cobrabron un promedio de 36 dólares por consumo del mini bar , lo gracioso es que no tenía ninguna información que lo que se consumía en el minibar en la habitación había que pagar eso me pareció como una trampa , so al final eso no me gusto pienso que tienen que infórmale al huésped que cobran por consumir en la habitación ……

Great place real clean outstanding staff

The location of this Hotel is EXTREMELY convenient. The views and scenery are amazing. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfy and clean. I would ABSOLUTELY stay here again

They let me do a early check inn I do really appreciate

Great value for your money: I paid less the $60,- and the place is first class but ….. during breakfast in the patio we were pestered by crows who were trying to pick the food from your plate and the staff did not do anything to prevent this : very unhygienic. A simple bird prevention shiny tape or fake owls will take care of this . I only hope that management read this because this is a big issue

Excellent service, specially breakfast , very lovely servers in the morning, really friendly. The pool is amazing , even better during night time ,amazing view from there
