I loved the little balcony with the flowers, breakfast was grated fresh fruit drinks at the bar. They really need to up date their linen you can tell its old and had lots of stains towels, sheets out with the old in with some new other than that i had a wonderful stay very friendly staff

They upgraded our room without asking. For our surprise the room has 2 floors. A full bathroom was on the second floor and 1/2 bathroom was on the first floor. We have to climb a stiff stair to get to the full bath. We are 63 and 65 years old with heart conditions and this stairs made our stay not very comfortable, specially because we didn't ask for an upgrade.

"Room was not available at check in"

This hotel is fine, however we were made to wait nearly 2 hours past check in for the room to be ready. The staff told us we could go to the bar for “welcome drinks” while we waited for the room, which we were then charged for upon checkout. Other than that, fairly irksome turn of events, the hotel was fine, 1 star experience, 3 stars facilities (it was clean, comfortable, etc, but missing niceties that elevate to the higher level). Definitely NOT a 4 star hotel.

Upon arrival, the front desk welcomed me warmly and assisted me immediately! The property itself is so quiet & cozy. The shower pressure was much appreciated with a bed that I comfortably melted into. The room is very well kept 😍 It is also located within walking distance to the Walled City but far enough for peace & quiet! Highly recommended 😍

excelente servicio, todo el personal muy atento, el lugar muy bien ubicado y las instalaciones en excelente estado y muy limpio, lo único que podría mejorar es la variedad en el desayuno. muy recomendable.
