The Wellington Hotel

Welcoming and homely whilst well designed with both a sense of being earthy AND elevated

Could 'up' the coffee game at breakfast and offer espresso, flat white etc in addition to standard cafetiere (available on menu but not offered verbally)

Stunning room, great beer and food, staff were very friendly

Could not really fault

Its style and decor in the rooms, the characterful building and its wonky ceiling and the elegant breakfast room. Excellent comfortable beds.

Dusty floors in a number of places and the handle fell off the shower door on occasion. Some maintenance was needed and some better cleaning of various parts of the hotel was needed. Some staff needed better training, especially the wait staff. Breakfast was a little inconsistent in taste and the shakshuka was rarely available.

Zimmer sehr klein, wenn man aus der Dusche kam stand man direkt im Zimmer auf dem Teppichboden.

Nothing other than our room was quite hot

The room was great .we were up graded because of the large dog.

Menu was ok but on menu there was 4 dishes not avalable.which in hotel is not wright.we only had one evening meal.had to by food out. 40th wedding anniversary we had food in our room.we very disported .breakfast was nice.
