Fab location, cosy and super comfy

All was great. The one bit of feedback is on parking - there are only a few spaces on site and at least two were taken by staff. I’d recommend to management better overseeing of staff’s parking during busy periods

Lovely, cosy room with a comfortable bed and clean bathroom Tasty breakfast. Very friendly staff!

We would have preferred a WIFI that didn't need to sign in with your email or social media account.

Gorgeous building. Beautiful renovated. Lovely staff. Memorable.

Only negative is that husband's was small. Good food but disappointing portion so gave him some of mine!

We hadn't stayed here for 10 years. And where interested in seeing the hotel after the refurb. It was very nice but our room was dark number 12 although nice and big. Particularly the king side bed. The staff were very helpful and friendly at all times even when the boiler broke down.

Despite the room being big and the bathroom being big there was no bath. Which would have been nice. Plus I love dogs BUT there was no escape from them at dinner even in the top dining area there was dogs at most of the tables.

Great location. Dog was welcomed. Beautiful inside and loved all the artwork to view as you went upstairs. Lovely big room.

Bit strange no staff on premises over night.
