Our stay at this beautiful coastal hotel was truly memorable. The stunning beach view, peaceful atmosphere, and refreshing sea breeze made it the perfect getaway. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always making sure we felt comfortable. The meals were delicious, especially the fresh seafood dishes that captured the coastal flavor. The rooms were spacious and well-kept, adding to the overall relaxing experience. This is definitely a place we would love to return to and highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing seaside escape..

We recently enjoyed four nights at Hikka Tranz by Cinnamon. The room was a little dated, but the location of the hotel was amazing, right on the beach front! We encountered some minor issues with the room. Unfortunately, the fire alarm flashed constantly which was not an issue during the day, however at night with the location of the alarm being directly above the bed, did impact on our ability to get a good night's sleep. The restaurant staff were wonderful and very accommodating of our needs. Nothing was a problem or issue and the assistance from the chef's was amazing. Thank you! Overall, we enjoyed a lovely few days at the hotel. It was a nice way to end our tour of Sri Lanka and gave us a good opportunity to relax on our last few days. The pool areas were great, unfortunately though all the wonderful sunshine made the water in the pools quite warm. The hotel seems to attract families, and the facilities would be great for a family holiday. Should we ever return to Hikkaduwa we would definitely consider staying at the Hikka Tranz again!

We had a wonderful stay and cannot thank the team enough. Mr. India, Dillon and the entire team @ Hikka Tranz were extremely helpful and welcoming which made our visit truly special. The staff were attentive, pleasant and always willing to go out of their way - even arranging food for the babies, which we greatly appreciated. A special mention to the resort security, who went above and beyond by letting us know whenever turtles appeared on the beach so we could take the kids to see them. Such thoughtfulness made our experience unforgettable. My friends and I will happily recommend this hotel.

We have had a lovely stay at Hikka Tranz Cinnamon! The staff have all been very helpful and accommodating, it has felt very safe and the beach has been beautiful. One member of staff in particular, Uditha, who cleaned our room each day was so friendly and kind and did a wonderful job and has a serious talent for towel art, making a different animal each day :)

One of the best customer focused hotel. Warm hearted welcome. Lovely buffet. Picturise environment, Lovely sea view. Big sized rooms.

Grate hotel and.location. Turtle comes to the beach. Trainee Chief Eranga made a fantastic pasta for dinner and omelettes for brakfast.
