Cana Brava All Inclusive Resort

The food was fantastic! The variety, the number of healthy and vegan options, the labels for gluten and dairy allergies, salad and fruit bar, desert bar, and special meals cooked on demand were all wonderful. The pools and beach areas were well-maintained. The staff are all very friendly, which also set the culture for the guests. Everyone was friendly. Not everyone speaks English, and if you share a need with someone who doesn't speak English, they may say, "Yes. Yes." and having not understood, actually do nothing. If they do not hand you off to someone who does speak English, do not expect your needs to be met. For business, the conference rooms were large and the technical support accommodated our needs well. The food and coffee for our breaks was delicious and beautiful. We had one glitch with a power outage. The entertainment was good fun, especially Friday night. There was one day when all the room keys in the entire resort were reset. That was challenging. Coming from the US, traveling as a single female, I was concerned about security. Upon checking the locks to my original room, they were not working correctly, and there was no closing latch on the bathroom window. I was thankfully moved (a couple hours later) to a room with working door locks, and a latch for the window, but it was concerning that those details weren't proactively managed, especially after expressing concern for safety upon check-in. I would have loved to take my family here when the kids were small.

Desde o momento em que fiz a reserva até o momento do check-out, fui recebido com um serviço ao cliente excepcional. Os funcionários foram extremamente amigáveis, prestativos e eficientes, sempre prontos para atender às minhas necessidades. Além disso, fiquei impressionado com a limpeza impecável do hotel. Tanto as áreas comuns quanto o meu quarto estavam imaculadamente limpos e bem conservados. Os lençóis e toalhas eram frescos e cheirosos, e o banheiro estava impecável. Em resumo, minha estadia no Canabrava foi simplesmente maravilhosa. Recomendo este hotel a todos que procuram por um serviço de qualidade, limpeza impecável e uma localização conveniente. Mal posso esperar para voltar e desfrutar novamente da hospitalidade excepcional que este hotel oferece.

Bom resort. Muito bem conservado. Boa comida. Boas opções de bebidas. Cervejas da Ambev. Quartos amplos. Atendimento bem precário, alguns funcionários desatentos e por vezes sem cortesia. Não reconheceram o status na hotéis.com, mas depois o setor de qualidade entrou em contato e concedeu o vale presente, apenas depois de minha reclamação e da expidia ter entrado em contato. É um resort pequeno, não achei um bom custo benefício.

MARAVILHOSA!!! Hotel maravilhoso, funcionários muito atenciosos, tudo da melhor qualidade! Refeições muitoooo boas! Meu filho amou o sorvete do restaurante principal!

The place is amazing. The nature is present all aound the resort. The employees are so friendly, always with a big smile for us. The food are incredible delicious and a lot of options/ variety to our choice.

It is an excellent resort. I loved. Everything close, the food options very good. I want to take my grandchildren next year that I complete 70 years. I did not like: 1- They say you have wifi in the Chalet. Even calling the reception during 3 days for them to resolve, did not happened. I gave up. But this is not nice. 2- The first afternoon the room maid come at 15:30 PM. I asked to come the next day between 10:00 AM and 1:30PM. After that we need to relax because of the beach and lunch.... I even called the housekeeper and asked for that. It did not help. Happened again 3 days..... So my room was not cleaned 3 days. But even when they cleaned it wasn't very good... 3- Ah.... parece que a enfermaria deles não tem muitas coisas. Precisei de soro caseiro e tivemos que pedir de uma farmácia de fora e a recepção tb n pôde nem levar no quarto....

Foi boa! A área de piscina poderia ser maior já que sempre tem número maior de hóspedes .
