The private pools were nice and enough for the number of people I had. It was overall a very nice experience, given the price point. Though the city centre was far away, it was always a 30-minute ride away

The lack of manpower was quite obvious from check-in to the facilities. Though they make up for it with the incredible service standards. The beach wasn't the best and was a bit dirty at times. Rooms were clean; however, the room top was noticeably dirty

Staff were friendly and helpful, and prompt to help. There was a cockroach one night and staff on duty promptly came to help us remove as we were terrified of cockroaches. We were so relieved as it would have spoilt our night. Also our request for transfer to terminal was arranged promptly at check out. We were treated with excellent service and attitude!
