The villa's view is beautiful and better than what was advertised. The room space is very large for 2 person and comfortable. They even provided board games (Jenga's our fav) in the room in case of rainy days. The best part is the hotel's restaurant (Warung, Pantai & Hinotori) for their food and wonderful services. The restaurant price was affordable and the portion was generous and taste really good. The buggy service is efficient and responsive and safe to travel us around the resort (end to end can be a 15 mins walk) The staffs are all so friendly and professional which surprises us almost every turn (shout out to Lestari and Wulan from reception as well as Ryan, the buggy driver). The overall resort is well designed and comfortable for a nice tropical and yet modern escape from work. The toilet is quite clean and spacious.

The villa can be better because we got one that leaked from heavy rain (which only happen on 1 day throughout our trip) but the staff was more than willing to help address the issue immediately. The bugs can be a bit annoying, so do not leave the door or balcony open for longer than 10 minutes. Yet, the room does provide all kinds of bug repellent for this.

We like that there are many activities in the resort like tennis , pickleball , jetsky , wakeboarding etc. There are few restaurants that offers different cuisine. The spa was fantastic addition to our weekend. Villa was amazing , cosy and big with swimming pool . The breakfast was very nice and with the good spread

Coffee q was rather huge at the breakfast.

Villas are very spacious, comfortable bed, great views and great aircon. Staff so friendly, gracious and aim to please. Good choice at breakfast. Large pool, nice sunbeds. Serene spa with good menu.

Bed linen and towels a little bit old, dressing gowns had holes. Main pool needed a good clean, some algae build up on tiles. Villa pool very hard to get in and out of. A proper ladder should be added. Some therapists in the spa seemed a little inexperienced.
