Power went off and there was no plan to let guests know action or plan needed. There was no breakfast or alternate plan nor were there any communication to let guests know. When in a strange/new environment it is important to let guests know what is happening and how to remain safe. No more stays in your inn.

The feeling that none was available to guide or help guests out or give directions was very uncomfortable.
