Comfort Inn Goshen

The room was clean. The property is being remodeled, so to be fair, it should be improved. The flat screen in our room was new, but did not have a remote, so we couldn’t use it. Most of these issues should be worked out with the remodeling.

While they are doing remodeling, they are still providing a nice stay. Very attentive staff!

The property was in the process of being upgraded but was still clean and useable.

Construction

I enjoyed the morning breakfast and proximity to stores. Check in was easy and the hotel was quiet.

Nothing to complain about.

This was a place to sleep. Not much more. The whole place is being remodeled. I needed a remote for the tv. The clerk did not answer the phone. A trip to the front desk and she would not bring one up because I did not know the tv make. The solution was to make me change rooms. The continental breakfast - get there early. Nothing was refilled.

This place is under extensive renovation. Maybe a place to stay once it is completed.

TV did not work when we got there was promised they were gonna look at. It never showed up on the first day complained the second day still not fixed finally showed up with a portable one. It’s like they didn’t even care. I understand they’re doing a bunch of remodeling, but overall, I would not recommend this place. Very poor customer service and attention.
