The braseria restaurant was good and the pool spacefor kids, but you have limited access to that restaurant.

The floor of the kid’s pool. It was not built with the correct materials for wet area and very often you would see kids or adults falling down.

Todo ❤️ siempre que podemos vamos con los niños y se divierten mucho.

Nunca tengo quejas pero esta vez el día de la limpieza de la habitación 1: no cambiaron las cobijas, sábanas (medio hicieron la cama xq se veía organizada x encima). 2: no dejaron bastantes toallas éramos 4 personas y dejaron una grande y dos pequeñas. Tuvimos q bajar a recepción a pedir más ! 3: no barrieron el suelo Cosa que primera vez en casi 4 años que hemos ido a pasado solo esta vez !

"Hotel perfecto para familias"

La animación. Un equipo de animadores espléndidos. Los peques se lo pasan pipa y Gisela, Javi y Marina son los mejores que tiene el hotel.

La limpieza de la habitación. Dos días no nos hicieron la habitación, lo cual indicamos en recepción, solventando la situación.
