El hotel afirma que ofrece servicio de consigna pero es una habitación al lado de la entrada que mantiene la puerta abierta, en la que entra y sale cualquiera, y sin vigilancia y el personal justifica esta falta de seguridad alegando que el establecimiento es de 3 estrellas y que ya hay cámaras en el hotel
