"Heel mooi, maar ervaring mist."

Ontbijt op het dakterras, echt hele mooie kamer en heerlijke koffie. Zwembad is leuk! Wat een mooie stijl hebben ze hier neer weten te zetten. Complimenten. Het voelt zo luxe. Bed was heerlijk.

Communiceren met personeel is wat lastig. Met goede training denk ik echt dat ze meer zelfvertrouwen opbouwen om klanten met trots te helpen, want de locatie is prachtig, alleen er is veel onhandigheid. En dat verdiend bellavista suites niet. Want het kan zo veel meer zijn, dan een mooie b&b, waar service voorop kan staan door middel van betere communicatie! Er was ook veel geluid rond 6.30/7.00 dat ons wakker maakt. Houdt rekening met je gasten die vrij veel betalen.

"A lovely position within Monopoli"

The breakfast was lovely Fresh fruit, eggs to order and pastries. Staff were always available and friendly. Beautiful roof top bar/restaurant.

The balcony was 1 person standing.

The view out off the Balcony

The loud music construction sawing loud banging at 7am and unprofessional owner Roberto! 15 minutes after booking on booking.com I had a change of plans and Roberto refused to give a refund 🤷‍♀️

Perfekt beliggenhet, og veldig hyggelig personale. Ting ble raskt ordnet opp i, så servicen skal det ikke stå på. Den er god!

Litt rot i bestillingene vedrørende frokost og mat. Ikke rent på rommet da vi kom, vi måtte fjerne søppel under sengen og det manglet håndklær.

"Pretty seaside stay"

Very cozy bed and breakfast

Construction prevented cab from going closer to hotel. Had to get tuk tuk 15€ to bring us from dropoff to hotel

Welcoming, clean and well equipped accommodation. Breakfast on the roof overlooking the ocean was beautiful.

WiFi was intermittent to non existent in apartment.
