Je remercie le personnel,TOUT le personnel . A l'acceuil, salle du petit dejeuner, et les femmes de chambres . Si je reviens à Olbbia je sais où dormir !

チェックインの時、パスポートをスタッフが預かったけど、預かり証をくれなかった。通常は、パスポートはコピーして返してくれるんだけどね。ここは、不安ですね。

Personale gentilissimo, cordiale e disponibile, camera pulita e silenziosa con vista sul golfo, l'arredamento avrebbe bisogno di un rinnovo ma comunque nel complesso il soggiorno è stato gradevole. Ci tornerei

The staff are really friendly and accommodating to our requests. The old town of Olbia is a few minutes walk away and the bus stop to the beach is outsidethe hotel. The rooms were spacious and lovely. I will definitely be back!

Rooms were good. Only the showerhead is set for 1m75. That is a bit to low to get a good shower. Breakfast was good. Nice view from the breakfast table. Close to Olbia centre. But there is not much to do there. Only 1 walking street with stores.

The hotel is a bit old and has a vintage feel to it. But the rooms were clean and had everything you need for a good trip. The breakfast is good, and the staff was nice and helpful.

This hotel does not worth 4* like many of hotels in Sardinia Island.

Nette Personal Hotel Selber Alt

This property is falsely rated as a 4* but it’s no more than a 2* property. The property is extremely dated and probably hasn’t been updated in the last 20 years. The stairs walking up to the room were filthy and the toilet in the room would flush randomly if someone in another room was using the toilet. Extremely disappointed with the property and the 4* rating from Expedia as it’s a false representation of the property.

Le climatiseur était défectueux. On nous a offert une autre chambre immédiatement. Bon petits déjeuners de 7 à 10. L'intérieur du bâtiment est propre. À l'extérieur, il y a d'autres commerces et c'est mal entretenu. À 10 min à pieds des artères pour les touristes.
