Todo correcto, solo le faltaria piscina y mas variedad de salado en el desayuno.

Me and my girlfriend had booked a room at the Martini hotel for 3 nights. The first two were fine but we faced a real disappointing experience during our last night. We went to bed at around midnight and we had planned to wake up at 8am the next day to catch the breakfast that’s open until 11am. At half past midnight we had a power cut in our room (and only in our room!) which obviously led to all electrical facilities to turn off, including the AC. Without worrying too much, we called the night receptionist for him to come up and have a look at the fuse box. Long story short, he said there’s nothing he could do and that no electrician was available at this time. He advised to wait and that maybe the power will come back in a couple of hours and to sleep with the window open to catch a bit a « fresh » air from outside (it was 30 degrees outside)… Flash forward at 4am, the room is still boiling hot without the AC and we are now covered in mosquito bites that entered the room through the open window (i am allergic to mosquito bites) and of course we didn’t get to catch a minute of sleep because of all that. We called the receptionist again to demand another room immediately. He told us that the hotel was full except for one room that was vacant but that had not been cleaned and prepared. We then asked him to go prepare the bed anyway because we were desperately in need of sleep, which he refused. We had to go down to the reception, grab a set of clean bed sheets and make the bed ourselves, at 4:30 in the morning!!! 5am, we finally fall asleep. 7:30, a group of american sounding people start to chat loudly in the hallway which obviously wakes us up. 8:30, the cleaning lady enters in the room without knocking and gets out as soon as she sees me and my girlfriend sleeping, naked… Obviously at this point we decided to skip the breakfast and sleep until late to have a bit of energy before our flight back home. Well nope, 11:30 the cleaning team knocks aggressively on the door and shouting that we have to get out because check out time has now passed. Angry as never, we then jump in a shower, gather our things and we make our way to the reception to ask to be refunded for this horrible night before leaving this place for ever. We now meet David. David was the receptionist on shift at this moment, and we kindly asked him for a refund. We requested the amount of one night, which was 151€ but he only accepted to give us 121€, without any valid reason. He also refused to call his manager because he was scared to have problems with her and he feared that he would lose his job! The conversation quickly escalated and we argued with him for long minutes. At this point we were exhausted so we ended up accepting the 121€. The cherry on top is that we expected him to do the refund on our credit card, using the terminal but he was apparently only able to give the money in cash (euros) which is completely useless to us as we live in England. We initially planned to book an AirBNB for our holidays but we’d thought that we would have a more comfortable stay at the hotel. Well I wish we’d never changed our minds…. We had a great time in Olbia but because of this incident and the unprofessional response from the Martini Hotel team, we left Sardinia being stressed out and angry. My girlfriend and I have been places, we stayed in very cheap hotels and we never faced such things, it really saddens me that it happens in a 4 stars hotel. If you read these lines, maybe consider another Hotel in Olbia.

Very nice breakfast. Nice views. Very quiet at night. Lovely hotel nicely decorated. Friendly and helpful staff.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating. They greet guests with big smiles and are happy to help offer recommendations and directions. This property however, is very tired looking inside and outside. The parking lots had holes large enough to swallow a small car. The stair wells are dark, dirty and the indoor/outdoor carpet that covers the stairs is bubbling and fraying. The wallpaper is peeling from the walls in some areas as well.

Fint hotel i gåafstand til Olbia centrum. Godt hotel som base for udflugter til øvrige steder. Bus stop lige foran hotellet, som kører til fx lufthavn.

Hotel is o.k. Staff is amazing!! Helpful, kind, smiling...amazing

Hotel war sehr sauber, gutes Frühstücksbuffet, Altstadt ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar, schöne Aussicht auf den Hafen. Als Zwischenstopp für eine Sardinienrundreise sehr zu empfehlen
