Trevligt fint ställe bra läge

Dejlig beliggenhed, lige ud til havet. Smukke solnedgange.Smuk beplantning og smukt område. Pool ok. Morgenmaden var fin, hvis man ikke forventer æg og bacon. Ældre slidte værelser, og ikke altid varmt vand. Men hyggeligt og anvendeligt. Hårde senge. Poolbaren har et fint udvalg af lækker mad. Masser af handlemuligheder lige udenfor hotellet. Dog kun supermarkeder og souvenirbutikker, og masser af hyggelige restauranter. Kun wifi i foyer og i baren, og det var ikke særlig godt. Eget net var bedre. Bus til Chania kører ca 200 m fra hotel. Der er det sædvanlige problem med reservering af solsenge ved poolen med håndklæder, men i det mindste er det ikke tilladt at spærre stole før kl 8 om morgenen, så man behøver ikke snige sig ud midt om natten, for at være sikker på at få en solseng. Og lægges de på inden kl 8, bliver de fjernet.

Frokosten var kjedelig, standarden på rommene/badet var dårlig. Fikk rom som bestilt m/havsutsikt 3 dager etter ankomst.

et midt på treet hotell med enkel standard - men med hyggelig betjening, veldig sentral beliggenhet, fint bassengområde, og gratis solstoler. Kan med fordel oppgraderes med enkle midler

πληρώσαμε για να έχουμε air condition 8 ευρώ την ημέρα,δεν είχε παντζούρι ενώ είμασταν στο ισόγειο και δεν μπορούσαμε να αφήσουμε ανοιχτά το βράδυ για δροσιά!!, Δεν είχε ζεστό νερό Αύγουστο μήνα,δεν μας έδωσαν κωδικό για wifi, πολύ κακό και παλιό δωμάτιο (καμία σχέση με τις φωτογραφίες). Από άποψη καθαριότητας το δωμάτιο δεν ήταν και στα καλύτερα του!! Από απέξω ήταν όμορφο και πολύ κοντά στα πάντα!! Κρίμα να το έχουν παρατήσει έτσι!! Σίγουρα δεν θα πήγαινα ξανά!!

Really nice place, beutiful flowers everywhere and colourful buildings. Friendly staff, and always willing to help if needed. Absolutely I would go again!

Flott beliggenhet men lat betjening ved poolområdet, dvs dårlig opprydding/klargjøring/rengjøring.

Good hotel. Not so good mattress...bumpy. great location.Great staff. No toiletries. Charges for AC.

This hotel looks fine on the outside, and has been redone outside. Inside is worse. Rooms are very small, badly maintained. Beds are extremely hard, and the cleaning is not good. Don't seem to wash the floors, only dusting. Breakfast buffet is poor, with very little choices in food, milk is warm, almost never enough plates or glasses, and the bread feels like it's 3 days old. Stale and dry. Pool is ok, but there are way to few sunbeds around the pool and on the beach. I think there could have been around 15-20 sunbeds around the pool. There could have been a lot more, there is space for it. The beds are also old and ready for renewal. Food in the pool bar/restaurant was actually very good. Staff was ok, but not much more. Aircondition was not working in one of the rooms we got and they had no one to fix it before the day after. So to from our group had to sleep in a room that had 30 degrees inside. We got no discount for the aircondition even with that incident. There was no possibility to shower without getting the whole bathroom soaking wet. You needed to shower in the bathtub with no curtains to cover.

Do not stay here! No costumer service - we only had ice cold water in the shower 9 out of 10 days. Horrible. Complained about it several times. Instad of doing something about it, they just laugth at us - they though we just maid it up(no fixing or appologies). The bathroom was really small and discusting. There was a discusting bathtub where you had to held the showerhead by yourself(no options..) Terrible beds - impossible to sleep in. You can feel the steele through the matress. The lightbolb was out - costumer service could not fixit while we were there(10 days..) Unhygenic and bad breakfast. Bad cleaning of the room - we did not get roomservice every day. When they did come they did really bad cleaning. F. ex. They did not sweep up the sand from the floor.. Very expensive air condition compared to other hotels we have stayed at in Greece. Do not spend your money here!
