Fantastic Hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Great food. I will be going back again.

We had the most amazing time at the hotel arrived 21st very helpful at reception our room we stayed in was lovely and clean food was very nice we had breakfast and Dinner in restaurant staff were so friendly and helpful entertainment was very good we enjoyed the bird Avery we really liked seeing Archie 😊 it was our first time visiting Jersey will definitely be coming back to stay next year

A very friendly hotel with knowledgeable staff who give those holidaying their full attention . Let down only very slightly with some 'tired' decoration this is somewhere where I would return to

Had a brilliant week. Staff couldn’t be more welcoming and helpful. Facilities were great - lovely and clean. Meals were lovely. Free shuttle bus to town is a real bonus. Made full use of the pool and facilities. Lovely atmosphere - definitely be returning to the Westhill

Wonderful grounds and a huge pool. Very quiet location surrounded by greenery. We liked the very friendly staff. Very nice guys from Venezuela in the restaurant. There is evening entertainment, a pool bar. The rooms are very clean. Only thing to criticise would be the breakfast- they have a very small buffet and 4 breakfast dishes you can choose from, which is getting boring after a few days.

Excellent 4 day stay at this hotel with my mum who is in her 80’s. Hotel room, mature grounds, swimming pool was just fabulous. The staff are a credit to this hotel. From the cleaning & pool staff, bar & restaurant staff (Miguel who made my mum her peppermint tea every morning), and helpful Annette & reception staff. Nothing was too much bother for them. We will definitely return.

Nice and well-kept Hotel in a quiet Location a little outside of St Helier with a hotel bus Shuttle in the morning. Perfect Place to start a bicycle tour in all directions. The Hotel has a certain British Flair with courteous and friendly staff
