Has potential but lack of investment in providing the basic standard of accommodation. Simple things such a curtains that are not falling to bits to lack of coat hangers. Simple fixes really. Staff are very helpful but they are firefighting to provide a service. Hotel ok for cheap and cheerful digs - hence the pricing. Good for Rosyth 10 mins, town 15 mins walk and not bad for Edinburgh via bus or train.

Very small room, very bad WiFi in room. Room was not serviced during the day. Room lighting was very dim. Place in more like a bad hostel. This was our 15th hotel so far on this trip and was the worst.

The pits. Booked it then heard about it and tried to cancel. Purposefully wouldn't answer calls Non English speaking on front desk Bed looked like it had just been slept in, carpet was worn with holes in, towels were yellow, window dirty, tiny room, bathroom was mouldy, room was smelly Avoid like the plague

I enjoyed staying at this hotel and hotel staff were very friendly.

It was by husbands birthday. Bathroom very small and needed to be cleaned. Not the best value for money. I left after one night instead of two.

I was searching for a cheap hotel after missing a flight. The staff was here super nice and helpful, and it was clean. I think you get what you pay for though, it was less than 1/2 the price of the most inexpensive I could find, so I can't complain about it being a basement room, the heat only working til about 3am (I was there late and left early, the bedding was cosy!), and kind of an older shower. The big plus that I didn't see mentioned was that if you take the 747 from the airport (every 1/2 hour ish), the bus drops you about an easy 5 minute walk away. So even though the room seems far away, it's only one 1/2 hour, straight shot to and fro bus ride away!

Very small rooms but clean. It is a very noisy hotel due to lack of isolation between rooms. Prepare to wake up as early as the first person up.

Hotel is going through some changes to be fair it's predominantly a contractors hotel while a replacement bridge is built nearby so if you can live with that it's fine we paid £163 for four nights without breakfast and it's not worth paying any more

Title says it all. Would recommend against it. I didn't see any bedbugs, but it was the kind of place where you worry about it.
