relaxing & good ambience. will definitely choose it for the next time stay; if it is at Palolem. Bike rentals & Cab booking is just beside the hotel. Beach is at 5 minutes walk.

We came from Punjab, and were very exited about our week in palolem. From the minute we arrived sunbeach residency to the minute we left, we got the best service we could ever ask for, from the people who worked there. They were very helpful, and very nice. We will definitely recommend this place to others who are planning to go to Goa. Terrific!!

STAFF AT HOTEL IS QUITE FRIENDLY & HELPFUL. ROOMS R DECENT WID GOOD AC. OVERALL NICE EXPERIENCE. ONLY THE BEACH & DA MAIN EATING JOINTS IS A LITTLE FAR OFF ( AROUND HALF A KM. ) HOWEVER , IF YOU CAN RENT A BIKE LIKE OURS DERS NO PROB. WE USED 2KEEP IT INSIDE DA HOTEL AT NIGHT.

This hotel has a nice location,just 5 min walk from the palolem beach we went in the monsoons and we stayed only one night here.all the staff was on leave and there was only one person who took care of us in everyway.The oweners of the facility were good and quick in rtesponse.Had a gud stay.

Avoid this place! Completely agree with the other negative reviews on this site. I booked this hotel because it promised hot water and free wifi which I needed for booking onward travel. A thin drip of warm water - no hot - was all that came out of the shower so I had cold showers the whole time I was there. The wifi also never worked. The staff there called the owner to sort it out but he was away in Mumbai and never came near the place so nothing was done. I asked if the place had a laundry service and was told it did so sent a few items of clothing to be washed. When I asked if my laundry was ready I was presented with a plastic bag of crumpled, damp clothing and when I asked was told they had no iron. The room was grim, grubby and the bed rock hard. It had a clean(ish) sheet on it but no top sheet, only a fleecy blanket which smelled strongly of the previous tenant(s), yuk. The bathroom was dirty (sink plug hole full of dark hairs, definitely not mine) and was not cleaned the whole time I was there, the bucket beside the toilet overflowing with tissues. The exterior furniture was dirty and tatty with nasty greasy stains on the chairs. In short this place was horrible and ridiculously overpriced. Howling dogs and cheek by jowl neighbours to keep you awake half the night complete the picture. You would do better to take one of the many beach huts with showers available in Palolem for less than half the price.

L'accoglienza e la disponibilita' che abbiamo trovato e' stata molto positiva. La struttura e' appena fuori dall'affollamento adiacente la spiaggia. Ogni camera ha un piccolo dehor dove si puo' stare in tutta tranquillita', a fare colazione, sorbire un te' o rilassarsi dopo una giornata in spiaggia.

It was our worst stay in Goa. We did not like the residency from the very beginning (garde, rooms, terrasse, see reasons below) and moved to another place two days later. Unfortunatelly we did not get any refund for the remaining three nights.

So-so

Nice staff and clean room. But we soon discover that it was overpriced compered to other places in this area, especially those on the beach. The surroundings are not very cosy.
