Sunbeach Residency

This place is very near (walkable) to Palolem beach, arguably oneof the serene and non-chaotic beaches in Goa. If you expect a full fledged hotel service for what you are paying then it would be a wrong expectation. Staff/owners are gracious and co-operative. Very much suitable for people who would like to be near to Palolem beach, wlak around and feel like a relaxed ambience than who prefer luxury stay. Overall good and suitable for even long term stay right next to a goa beach

it was nice to visit Goa, though the place is too far from Madgaon but very near to Palolem beach.. enjoyed the trip

wifi may not actually be available, the room doesn't get cleaned, and when the monsoon starts the ceiling leaks. But on the bright side, it is not a far walk from the beach

It was a very quite place, pleasant with a small garden. The owner was very courteous and helpful. Got good home-cooked food which was edible. Good place to chill out and about five minutes from palolem beach.

10 mins from beach,lovely clean room and very approachable owners the only thing to let it down was the outside area.when first arriving we nearly turned around without staying at the sight of the grounds.good job we werent put off though because the quality of the room was very good for Indian standards.Good value for money.

Good budget hotel near enough to walk to the Beach. Family who run it are very nice and obliging. Really enjoyed the stay and will return,as for the sandals I left them outside the apartment and these thing happen.

Good location, nice staff, airconditioning a bit t oo loud and could not sleep because of that, other then that no complaints.

My husband and me had visited, this place in the month of Feb 2012. I would recommend this place to everyone. The stay was very pleasant, the rooms are quite comfortable and the surrounding is very peacefull. The beach is about 20-25 mins walk from the room. There are quite a few beaches surrounding this place which is easily accessible by bike. Overall i loved the stay and have no regrets.

This little hotel was the perfect place to spend a few days in Goa. I didn't want a beach hut needed something with more structure! Got a comfy bed, HOT shower, and a 10 minute walk to the beach or a tuk tuk ride. They provided wireless that was fast, breakfast and food served all day. The owner was so nice, he let us stay into the evening since we were taking a night train, arrange a tuk tuk to the train station and when the train was delayed by 10 hours welcomed us back.. I can't say enough good about this place!
