Could not use any fruit or vegetables from the garden! Joking!

The decor and appointments are creativley dazzling and designed with the Wow Factor in mind. Luxurious yet homely. Lots of space. Set next to a mansion with other apartments and remarkably manicured colonial-style shared gardens - yet quiet and private, Beautiful Tasmanian timber architecture preserved to a high standard. Set on a hill with views of Mount Wellington and the CBD from the street. Walking distance to the CBD (about 20 minutes). Comfortable beds and lounge for watching TV. Walking home up Scott Street was a real workout!

Allocated car space a challenge unless both cars (and drivers) are skinny. However, one car is usually out and two-hour daytime street parking easy to find if necessary. Unlimited parking hours after 6pm. Don't bring your Cadillac! Couldn't get any of the three remotes to work on the TV, so borrowed the one from the bedroom and everything worked fine. Hid the other three, ha, ha.

This property is special. The house (B) is uniquely decorated. I have never seen such attention to detail in house interior design. It was warm and spacious and easily walkable to town. Would stay again and recommend it to others. The breakfast was also very good.
