Grand Vista Hotel & Suites

Good enough for a night or two at most. First off the hotel is far away from everything and by itself with nothing around. Could see its has been remodeled and still needs some finishing. Breakfast is VERY continental (2 apples, 2 bananas, half loaf of bread..). On positive note was able to get a pizza delivered. In short rooms could be little more spacious and door thi ke but would stay again if ever in area.

No Jo water the last day….. other than that it was ok

Loved the atmosphere and how clean everything was.

Hotel was dated and poor quality. Noisy at night.

Location was good. Was there for work and was very close to client.

No carpet anywhere so the halls were very loud. The tile floors made the suitcases rolling across it echo everywhere. Not fun waking up to bone rattling noises at 1AM. The breakfast is extremely sparse. Yes it is very basic continental but heavy on the basic.

The male staff member for front desk. I felt attacked! My husband and I were watching football playoffs and he calls the room and immediately starts yelling at me telling me if we don't stop fighting he is calling the police and kicking us out. No one was fight no one was yelling or even shouting. I asked him to come upstairs and see for him self that we were just watching football he told me to stop watching football that he was getting complaints. I just can't believe it would start with a call asking if maybe we had the tv up too loud or something...im still in a bit of shock
