Grand Vista Hotel & Suites

Needs updated. Fix pool.

Good for the money but pretty basic facilities. Very clean and staff helpful. Property is dated. Breakfast wasn’t anything remarkable: coffee, toast, cereal or pastries - limited selection.

First of all the hotel is very very aged. It looks completely different in the pictures. The ones were just recently painted but the old furniture was left behind. The majority of the rooms have 30-year-old air conditioners, which makes a loud rattling noises the ceiling in the hallway, ceiling tile hanging out water dripping from them. The pool was green.

There is a difference between owning hotel and providing hospitality and knowing how to do it and this owner does not he was extremely rude and threatening to me coming out from behind the counter and point his finger at me.

The hotel was being renovated. Our room was nice, freshly renovated and LVP flooring instead of carpet. Most of the hotel was still closed but staff was nice and helpful.

It is a 20ish year old property with half way done face-lift.

If your checking it late night go somewhere else, took several phone calls to wake up the night clerk that was obviously sleeping in the back room, once he finally came up he double charged me and was obviously in a daze, took 25 minutes to check in. The morning: woke up to a Pajeet banging on door at 930am dispite having the do not disturb placard on the door handle... We got in late and went to bed around 330am. I guess I expect to be left alone until the 11am checkout time especially with do not disturb on door. Maybe they can't read it?.. Overall nice stay but could use some customer service training.

There was no breakfast no extra towels no shampoo or conditioner small soap was very unhappy with it

They cleaned the room daily.

The breakfast could be improved considerably old donuts and very dry muffins. It seems they don’t do them fresh every day just left over for days day after day
