"Spacious hotel, excellent staff but very old facilities"

The hotel is huge and well located, but everything feels very old — carpets, curtains, and even some walls show clear signs of age and humidity. The gym is large but outdated. What truly stands out is the staff: extremely kind, attentive, and professional.

Djelatnici koji rade su jako prijatni i susretljivi.

Izašao sam na piće i vratio se u 00:20. No hotel je bio zaključan. Stvari i dokumenti su mi bili u hotelu. Probao sam zvati broj mobitela sa vrata nitko se nije javljao. Kucao zvonio na 2-3 vrata, galamio ispod prozora no nista nije pomoglo. Hladno vani a ja bez dokumenata da nadjem drugi smještaj. Bez ključa od auta. Samo mobitel i kreditna kartica na mobitelu. Napokon se netko javio na mobitel iza 1 poslije ponoci i objasnio gdje da nađem ključ za ulazak. Nigdje ne piše upozorenje da se hotel ključa u ponoć. Tih sat vremena ću zauvijek pamtiti 😂
