I loved all the animals right in front of our cottage. The cottage was well equipped and clean. The lady at the reception was lovely and helpful.

Not having a dishwasher and relying on guests to clean dishes meant that the standard of cleanliness of the dishes was not perfect - some plates were a bit greasy on the back.

"Wonderful family-friendly stay"

Staff were very friendly. Great selection of animals that seem to be well cared for. We were there before Christmas and my daughter enjoyed helping them get ready for the 'santa-pony' photos. We enjoyed feeding the animals, playing tennis and a dip in the pool, despite a few frogs!

Lovely location and cosy and comfortable cottage. Close to coffee shop and wineries. Very easy check-in. Enjoyed walking around the grounds looking at the animals.
