The location

The place was dirty, the photos were not of the room. Very limited reception hours. No view. Rubbish and service trucks started at 6.30am right outside the room.

"A wonderful place to have a restful break!"

The location, in the centre of town but also by the river, is excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was serviced daily and housekeeping staff were lovely. The deluxe hotel room was attractive and very comfortable, and had everything we loved (including coffee machine and bamboo toilet paper!). The view of the river from the balcony was beautiful, especially at sunset.

The shower recess needed upgrading (I was assured this was happening soon). We could hear some music from local entertainment venues at the weekend, but it didn’t disturb our sleep.

Beautiful view! Very spacious!

The coffee pods tasted awful! We had to buy coffee. The TV instructions for use of free to air TV were not clear but the kind man at reception helped us the next day. The light in the main wardrobe didn’t work. Main bed very hot for some reason.

This is out 2nd stay at Riverside Apartments and it won't be our last. Spacious apartments. Beautiful view and location. Felt extremely welcome.

"Pleasant but expected a river view"

Comfortable

Was a motel room as opposed to an apartment as advertised. Room was non river facing, very noisy with garbage trucks very early. TV had a mind of its own, the first night it would not turn off..
