"The apartment was beautiful in a great location"

The View was lovely of the River, the apartment was huge and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable and the balcony was spacious

The car park was only 1.97 meters high so too small for my 4WD. lucky I was able to park out the front because i was only staying one night but parking would have been a massive issue if I was staying longer as parking in the main district is only two-hour periods during the day. The pool is indoor and locked you need to remember to take the key lock combination with you

Convenient hub to explore local hinterland, Byron Bay to North and Yamba to south. Ballina has a decent selection of eateries and shopping facilities akin to a medium-sized town

Room was great and clean. Large balcony.

Consider putting a sign at the door so after hours people know to get there key from the box at bottom of the stairs. The Pin pad at bottom of the stairs has numbers missing and confusing to open. Frustrating after hours entry.
