Riverside Apartments & Hotel

Great location - very helpful staff

We lost power in one of the two apartments we booked on the first night. We had to move my elderly parents (96 and 93 years old) from the 3rd floor apartment to the first floor apartment and prepare our evening meal down there. Staff tried their best to help the situation but it was still very disruptive. We would appreciate a reimbursement of some amount for the serious inconvenience.

The privacy

Little bit expensive to have no washing machine and TV is not in a good spot.

Lovely spacious apartment with excellent views overlooking the river & park. Excellent location & walking distance to great cafes & restaurants. Rob was very helpful in allowing us an earlier check in.

Some of the cups/mugs were stained. The crockery & cutlery could be updated.

A fabulous, extremely spacious apartment in the perfect location on the river and in the heart of Ballina. The staff were lovely and helpful. A great Thai restaurant downstairs.

The swimming pool area could have been a little more inviting with some relaxing lilos by the pool.

Excellent position on the river and in the CBD.

Our corner unit partly faced the back laneways which was extremely noisy in the early morning hours.
