"I would rate this hotel 11 if I could, just perfect"

Everything was perfect. Staff was very attentive, the building has a lot of character, the room was very nicely decorated. Breakfast included a lot of choice and everything tasted great. The indoor pool was very nice and the jakuzi was a bit small but a lot of fun

"Lovely Chateaux style boutique hotel but the staff (bar at reception) really lets the place down."

Lovely setting and excellent facilities. Private and very secure. Reception staff were excellent.

The staff in the bar and breakfast area were rude with attitude. They refused room service when we were told at reception 24/7. Residents bar closed at 12:00
