The fact that dogs are welcome there and the unit was nice and clean.

We were xtremely tired and we just want to shower but the geyser did not work..Only cold water to shower with..Decembers is very hot but then the aircon did not work we took of the cover to see if the filter is clean..After taking of the cover the aircon was better..In the other room our children was sleeping there not even a fan to cool them down ..Lots of money for no comfort..there is no grass for the dogs only paving..Really 😞 disappointed won't see me again...

Location and rooms. Paper thin prefab walls which compounded by noisy guests in the surrounding rooms until midnight did not make for a pleasant stay. Left the room in the early hours of the morning in the dark and ended up leaving a couple of items behind which were apparently not found by housekeeping - disappointing!

Nothing. Worst experience of my life.

1. False advertisement of rooms,They explained to us that the pictures online are not the as the rooms assigned. 2. They gave us a room full of bedbugs. 3. The room was very very dirty , floor and windows full of dust. 4. The bedding was dirty with blood stains. 5 we reported the issue and they moved us to another dirty room. Full of dead bugs everywhere. The room was covered in spider webs. The shower was broken with no doors. Bedding had blood stains again. 6. When we got back to the car as we opened the doors we saw cockroaches that’s how dirty it was . Booking.com failed us. The swimming pool was dirty 7. The receptionist was rude and didn’t care. 8. The manager promised us a refund which we haven’t received till this day 9. Me & My wife woke up with bumps all over our bodies. Booking.com failed us

All the trees n the location

The rooms were not cleaned, smelling fridge which were switched off, bathroom had spiders 🕷️ n cockroaches in the rooms.
