Location fine, room clean, my bed was not made only the kids beds

Cockroach in the room 1st day, Dubble bed very uncomfortable, shower very uncomfortable due to small door for entry and exit..one can easily fall on wet floor.

Bed was comf, out door kids play area and pool looked good

Booked a self catering unit ,so I could prepare my own meal,how ever stove didnot work properly, took hours to boil rice.the staff from reception tried to help by bringing an induction cooker but neither he nor I knew how to use. There was insects on dishes and water was leaking from the kitchenette tap into the cupboard.the air-conditioner was leaking water the entire night onto the floor,hence didn't sleep well as all we could here was the dripping and had to switch off eventually

Beautiful place and very peaceful

The rooms are very hot ..no air conditioning. There is a fan but not ideal

Beautiful place, pet friendly.

The pool was clean even the room it self.everything was working TV,fridge and and the lights.

I was not happy about the door, the door was not in good condition, further more everything was ok
