Rich Luxury Suites

We knew going into this stay that the place was no luxury hotel. It was an apartment and it was the only place a family of four could stay without renting two rooms. That said, you get what you pay for. The rooms were mostly clean, although our bedroom had ants near the balcony door. Since they mostly stayed there, it wasn't an issue. We got upgraded to a two-bedroom suite, which was nice because my sons didn't have to sleep on the sofa bed. Unfortunately, I couldn't sleep at night because there was so much noise outside my window where there were people BBQing and talking loudly and laughing through most of the night. To be fair, when I notified the manager, he said he'd talk to them and try to get them to be more quiet, and the second night, that helped a bit, but I still heard them even though our balcony door was closed and I was wearing earplugs. I loved the shower, which had awesome water pressure and was nice and hot, but the place does not provide any toiletries so you must bring your own shampoo, conditioner, and bath wash/soap. They do have a kitchenette, which was useful because we took advantage of the grocery store around the corner to buy some staples like milk and yogurt for breakfast and saved ourselves having to go out to eat. The location was great, but we had a car and for people who don't, the walk to the center of town or to the beaches might be a little much. I wasn't too happy that when I asked for extra towels, I had to justify my request.

Very pleased with Rich Luxury Suites. This is the second time I have stayed here and found it to be a nice budget friendly apartment hotel. The luggage room is great for when touring Petra. The staff is friendly and helpful.

But... didn't realizewe'de be in a basement room with now windows. there were no little toiletries not enough toilet papar no discount coupons/staff unhelpful with directions

It is comfortable for couples, particularly seniors and young lovers

Two nights was enough. Very small room, and no staff except for check in. English TV was only BBC news. Convienient to downtown.

The manager wait for us to arrive from Tel Aviv, which was nice.

The owners explained that this is not hotel but apartments using as a hotel. So, staffes are not always staying in the building, and sometimes they are indeed away from their office. Also, I had to do some things by myself. But, everythis was going well in my stay. The difference was not problem at all. The owners are really kind, and the room I stayed was very clean and new, and the design was modern. The location is ten-min walk to the north beach and close to some stores and a supermarket.

I am a New Yorker. This place was a dive. Management did not change the sheets before my arrival and the room still had the stench of feces in it from the prior occupant. The bathroom window was opened. This is not a hotel simply a room rental with a bathroom. Stay away. The bathroom was tiny and absolutely disgusting. They should have paid me to stay there. And it looked nothing like the pictures.

Considering the cost of the alternative, it was a very good value. The recommendation for the local restaurant was spot on. The hotel is getting a bit run down in the bathroom, but the AC was a delight to have. One can expect no other amenities.

I understand the concept of self service apartments but to be honest was underwhelmed with the apartments. The information on how to access the apartments came late via email that we didn't have access to , the front door locks were confusing and hard to open or lock and there was no cool water in the fridge for when we finally made it in to the apartment. (it was 40 degrees outside). For the money we paid i expected more and wouldn't stay again there is far better places to stay for less nearby. The closest obvious restaurant was more than a 20 min walk away and was not ideal. Good concept not executed well and in the wrong location.
