Rich Luxury Suites

The location is good,few minutes from the central of the city. Very nice place. Even the small room is good for 2 edults and 2 children. The price is really excellent!!! Highly recommended!

We stayed for two nights so that we could do a day trip into Jordan to see Petra. It was a 3-person suite with a double-bed bedroom and pull out sofa. The sofa was not easy to set up and not the best, but no real complaint. The suite had an outdoor sitting area which was really quite nice. The location is not very close to the city center so walking to beach, restaurants, sights was not an option. Luckily we had a car (parking was free and easy at the hotel (but not in town)). Other reviewers have said that it was hard to find the hotel. They must not be too observant. We thought it was simple. Others have complained about the staff at reception. We had a very positive experience.

at 7:45 pm stayed around till 9 pm no one came called the phone no on the door disconected main phone no answer looks like a nice place if you can get in. customer support told me they cant do anything. and the hotel told them that check in is from 3 pm to 9 pm. i said whats wrong with this picture i was there at 7:45 pm why wont you help me with this problem be carefull when booking this place this is not a full service hotel

This is a very nice place to stay. Clean specious rooms and convenient location. Having a kitchenette is also a big plus.

Stayed in June 2014 3 nights at hotel for total 770 shekels. Location is good if you have a car. Room amenities are good. One problem- air condition is some weak (it was so hot outside +40 Celsius).

Keep in mind that this isn't a hotel, it's an apartment/suits complex, so no fancy lobby/pool/dining room... If you don't care about that and all you need is a place to stay - rooms are great, spacious, clean and nicely styled. A room like that in a proper hotel will cost you 3 times what you'll pay here, so I think it's an excellent value for money.

For the price, I can't complain. The service was slightly lacking. The girl at the desk was screaming back and forth with an unsatisfied customer when I arrived...not sure who was the agressor, but it was unprofessional, unpleasant and uncomfortable having to stand there waiting to get keys. The location was ok, not too far to walk for good restaurants and bars.

Great value for Eilat. Convenient that hotel had small kitchenette with fridge and microwave. Other kitchen supplies offered upon request. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. There was a neighborhood supermarket very close by for groceries. Hotel is not located in tourist area. Beach is walking distance but it's not 10 minutes like the locals claim. We had a car so it was easy to get around to tourist attractions.

Check in and check out were the easiest I've ever experienced, the rooms are comfy, very comfy, and tidy. In a very peaceful street, but close enough to walk everywhere, beach, shops, even airport.

Nice, clean hotel with a social, Friendly and knowledgeable staff that's willing to go the extra mile and assist your needs!
