The staff is very cordial and friendly. The front office personnel are really nice. Great food. Since I have food restrictions, the chef even came to my room and asked me about the food I am permitted to eat.

We travelled from Bangalore and stayed at Vivanta on June 5th and 6th to celebrate my husband’s birthday and support our son during his national exam. The entire team made our stay truly memorable, and we are already planning to revisit — because of the exceptional service provided by Ms. Rajashree Iyer and her colleagues. Rajashree Iyer stood out for her professionalism and warmth. When we faced an issue with a third‑party vendor booking, she personally guided us through the resolution, ensuring our comfort and peace of mind. Her communication skills and dedication reflect the highest standards of guest service.
