Great atmosphere. Nice Stay in Vivanta

Had a very comfortable stay at Vivanta Begumpet. The rooms were clean, food was excellent, and the service was warm and professional as always. I had made multiple bookings—everything was already well-coordinated before arrival. Thanks to Rajashree’s proactive effort to cross-check the reservations in advance, the check-in experience was completely smooth and hassle-free.

I stayed at Taj Vivanta for 8 days and we had a fantastic time. Overall the staff was friendly but the staff at Viva Restaurant were not only friendly but also attentive. Azam, especially was also quick to cater to your dining requests. Overall, the entire dining staff - Kayva, Anisha, Susarshan, Soumallya and Rajkumar -created a welcoming atmosphere. I'd definitely recommend this hotel if you're going to stay in Hyderabad.

We need to get the excess amount collected by reception to be refunded. As per booking the amount was approx 74K Indian Rupees but at Check out the hotel collected 83K approx. Need the excess amount to be refunded.
