Westayed for 4 days Great Hotel with nice staff Breakfast is good but it’s in different beautiful place that upload some pictures of it Close to local street foods and you can reach Patong in less than 15 mins by walking We really enjoyed staying in this hotel

Honestly, this hotel does not deserve a 4-star rating and was far below our expectations. The photos on the website are quite misleading. The cleanliness was below average — we had to request cleaning multiple times. While the staff responded quickly and were willing to help, it seems the hotel’s policies or structure don’t allow them to do their job properly. The hotel is made up of several buildings but has only one elevator, which was inconvenient. On the positive side, the location is excellent — away from the noise, yet close to shops and local markets, which was the only real advantage. Overall, the experience was disappointing and not something I would want to repeat.

The location is central - close to the beach, restaurants and the Malin Plaza market

Previously stayed here in 2018 and not much maintenance has been done since then

Pool area very outdated and uninspiring. One night of no hot water but fixed the next day. Transport minibus with loud exhaust idling for 2 hours outside my window
