They not even providing linen napkins in bathrooms. Only 2 big towels are available for use. Lifts are 2 slow. Cleaning must be imrove. Breakfasts are good variety.

I would avoid this hotel due to its poor management. Despite advertising a continental breakfast, they actually serve Indian food, along with poorly prepared eggs. Occasionally, you might find boiled eggs, but only if they happen to be available. Additionally, don’t expect towels during your stay, as they often run out and don’t have enough for all guests. The rooms usually have shared doors with neighboring rooms, and the other guests are often loud and inconsiderate, showing little respect for others’ comfort.

The location is on point. Rooms are clean.

Staff is not the best. They are a bit rude. They will just keep on telling you about the fines and hotel policy just on and on. No tissues in the room. If asked they will say to use the toilet roll from the washroom. The lift is smelly and dirty.

I am so disappointed. Booked this hotel for my client. She needed this holiday to unwind as it hasn't been a kind year to her. She gets to hotel. Noone assists with luggage. Noone shows her where her room was. It was like she was an annoyance to the staff of the hotel. Her room is smelly and mouldy. I have tried to get i to contact as she is currently at your hotel. Heart broken as this is not what she paid for. I would like someone to contact me urgently with a solution. I will not be making use of this hotel ever again for my future clients as Noone as offered a solution to clients
