I had a mobility problem prior to arrival but the staff took it all in their stride. No problem was too small or large. On our last day, our travel to the Airport was not until 4pm, without any fuss, our checkout was approved until 4. The young lady handling our chyeck out was rostered to finish at 4 but she stayed on until our transport was sorted and we were on our way (5.40). Now trhat was customer service taken to another level

Poor service and poor behaviour. No hot water, no lift function, no light in front of the lobby, no air conditioner working. Worthless service and poor customer satisfaction. Rude behaviour and no staff nor technicians available for service. No manager available at hotel.
