ASHLEE Plaza Patong Hotel & Spa

It is a very nice hotel in quite location but close to all you need entertainment and food the room was nice and serviced every day very good👍

Nothing all was good no bother with much perhaps the breakfast buffett could be better but ok

The beds were hard as a rock and you could feel the springs digging into your back. Upgraded and the beds were slightly better but still extremely hard. Woke up with body aches.

We booked king bed but at check in hotel refused our booking. Gave us twin bed room. Also blamed for dirtying the sheets on the day when we were outside for almost 20 hours. Reception Staff very rude and adamant on not returning security deposit. The door lock was bad and had to literally request reception to open the door , we almost missed out island trip.

Liked the tour operator Mr.Jee who was a real professional. He organised our trip in the best possible way at good rates. His coordination was excellent and a real good tour operator who made our visit valuable and memorable. He is an asset to ASHLEE PLAZA PATONG HOTEL AND SPA

The room rates when i booked during October was 28,180Rs for 4night stay For Jan travel) but they cancelled my booking on 8th Jan mentioning creditcard was not valid and by the time i enabled my creditcard for international transaction they charged new rate as 52,000Rs for 4nights which was very bad. That too iam a genius level 3 traveller travelled to almost 75cities worldwide till now. Request you to kindly refund the additional charges charged or compensate in my next stay elsewhere. Awaiting your valuable reply sir.

Reasonable walking distance from Patong Beach and Bangla Road. Fairly central location. Room made up every day if required.

This is definitely not a 4 star hotel as advertised. 3 star at best! No shuttle bus and no room service, as in the true sense of the word, as advertised. The pool on top of the third building is not operational. Very little English spoken at reception so hard to resolve issues.

The property was very central to patong, just a 20 minute walk or so from bangla road etc. The room was relatively spacious and the bed was not too uncomfortable. Didn’t have any issues with the hotel staff but we didn’t deal with them at all really besides check-in and check-out so could be a different experience if you had an issue.

The general area surrounding the property isn’t the best but think that is due to the central location, if you’re looking to be right in Patong then this is the place for you. The facilities were very run down in some areas (the lifts especially) The pool areas were nice but some of the sun-loungers were broken and needed to be updated.
