All good, location good .one tip is don’t arrive early as they wanted 400 baht per hour before check in time

Pool area could do with a freshen up and a coat of paint.

The Ashlee Plaza is a good base to stay, but definitely not 4*. The photos taken of the hotel make it look brilliant, sadly though not realistic, we had two rooms which were ok but tired. Would not call the rooms superior or deluxe as described, more standard. For two weeks though it was comfortable enough. Staff are very friendly and helpful, our cleaning lady was always smiling and singing! Mr Jee who books the trips in reception was very helpful, as a family of four, he gave us very good prices on the trips! Breakfast is different, you can have curry, noodles, pad thai, or eggs. At times catered for the Indian family more. Don't expect meats or cheese. Same food throughout stay, no change which was a bit disappointing. We didn't use the pool which was on the sixth floor due to lack of shade and sun loungers, probably 4/5 max, no chairs or umbrellas which was a shame. Beach is less than 10 minutes walk away, which is beautiful! The Ashlee Plaza is ideally located with good amenities and local stuff around. Over all had a fantastic holiday! Met some lovely people, fantastic memories made. Not sure if however we would use this hotel again. Thailand/ Pa Tong Thank You, you stole our hearts and made us very welcome, Thank you!

Dirty, staff rude

Simple rooms, great location & good rooftop pool. Great value for money. Also inclusive breakfast.

The detail cleaning of the actual apartment could be improved.

Good position,near everything but far enough away from the noise

Pillows are definitely too hard. Rooms were serviced too late in the day.
