Very basic. Very hot rooms, clean bed

Absolutely avoid this place! Utterly disgusting - dirty, smelly and felt filthy in here. Stains, hairs, noisy neighbours, dodgy area. Absolutely rank. Check the pictures for yourself 🤮 We arrived late at night because our camper developed a problem coming from Antibes.

The room was very dirty: the walls had lots of stains, the area around the kitchen was disgusting, I found hairs in my bed and my kids were full of insect bite. Very disappointed. This place shouldn't be allowed to rent rooms.

From the minute we landed we felt unsafe. Walked in through door and the smell was foul. There was dirt on the walls and dead flies all along the floor of bedroom by the window. There were loads of dead flies in the bath And also in the kitchen. My daughter moved the pillow, so caught a glimpse of it inside the pillow case and it was absolutely filthy and resembled an old square couch cushion. The place felt dangerous and unclean. We stayed sitting in apartment for 20 minutes and couldn’t stay any longer booked another hotel and left. How this can pass as a three star is beyond me. Avoid avoid avoid. There was also people standing on balconies staring at you. The corridor to front door was dark. Disgusting.

this is the worst hotel I have been in all my life. DURTY, the walls with mosquitos stamped, the bath room dirty, the kitchen dirty, it was terrible. If you want I have photos. I really think that expedia abuse for the loyal customers not checking the property. As a person I don´t like abusing of others but in this case Expedia and the Hotel is abusing of us. I have tried to talk to the manager and he was very rude with us

From the outside this accommodation doesn't look great. Both the outside and inside are tired looking. However it was clean, spacious and comfortable. It was a perfect stop over for one night. Air conditioning would have been great but not desperately needed. The beds were really comfortable. It had a well stocked kitchen, dishwasher and good size fridge.

Parking and wheel chair availability was good.

I felt in danger and I was extremely worried about my belongings when I left my room for the day. Warning - Do not stay in this hotel if you expect a nice stay. There is hostile atmosphere inside the worn out and rough complex, with groups of men on the balconies smoking and shouting till 6am, who do not give you welcoming stares to say the least! There is an awful smell of sewage and cigarettes throughout the buildings and in your room. The beds were uncomfortable and the room was boiling hot. The parties on the balconies outside went on till 6am. The hotel is really run down. It’s seriously needs some work done on it. The walls are marked with dirt, the balcony was very run down and all the paint work was chipped.

This place has NO AC, NO FAN, No window screen so even opening the window is not practical. On a hot day, this place is worse than a jail cell. Even the elevator is broken. This place shoul not be allowed to rent out.
