All Suites Appart Hôtel | Bordeaux - Mérignac Aéroport

The appartments should have no stars at all. The Place is in dreadful state, I checked in and without taking the luggage out of the car we had to check out. It was too dirty and the smell of cigar and sewage was unbearable. The apartment had not been cleaned in a long time. We requested a refund or 50% of it as we did not even enter the place and they did not provide the same. For a lower rate we found a 4 star apartment, in booking.com closest to LAC in Bordeaux that was gorgeous. I do not recommend this place for families.

Disgusting. First I was given a room which smelled like I was stand-ing in a sewer. Then I went to another & there was black mold on the ceiling which is dangerous. On the third attempt I was given a room which had grubby walls & a radiator in the bathroom which looked like someone had thrown a bucket of dust on it. I did not use the shower as I felt the place was not clean enough. Photographs don't add up to the conditions here. The staff were helpful but this is no good for travelers to stay in.

We had a reverb room, if not just finished not far off. Bl**dy great,can we have same room next time!

That many times,but this flat had lots of thins missing and needed updating.as we only stayed one night we put up with it.a shame ,prices have risen but you get less.

If was well used but everything worked beds are very cumfy

The cleanliness of the bathroom was poor and they are not cleaning the rooms every night, even when asked

Nothing that I can honestly thing of. The condition of the apartments was terrible and the breakfast wasn't great either. They has expired yogurts in their fridge

Our second time staying at All Suites! We choose this hotel mainly because we can cook and have a feeling of home away from home. This hotel is in a gated property: the automatic gates are closed at night and accessed with a special code. Reception is not open 24hours so late check-ins have to be by special arrangement. Don’t worry about not finding parking; the parking lot is huge! For an additional fee, breakfast buffet with a good selection is available from 6am-9am. Laundry can be done onsite via 2 washing machines and a dryer; you’ll need to exchange money at reception desk for tokens to operate these. The room itself is large, we had a bedroom closed off from the open concept living room/dining/kitchen area. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker and glass induction cooktops. Kitchen utensils, pots and pans, cutlery, are also provided. You’re expected to do the daily cleaning in your room and take out your trash but you can ask for fresh towels, etc. We didn’t see any elevators, we were lucky that our luggage was not heavy! Comfortable beds make for good sleep, and in the morning you’ll wake up to birds chirping in the trees. Needless to say, we enjoyed our stay.

Very run down on the inside , but good for the airport and easy access.

The first time we stayed, spot on. The second time we stayed,the room had a funny smell but we told reception and they gave us some air freshener and then was ok. They remembered our request for a room with conditions and they met them! Will be back!!! Roger and Sue England.
