O7 Tenerife

The room was a good size and we were lucky a balcony facing towards the coast.

Well where do I start. The Breakfast buffet was Ok in regards to food available. But not positioned in a good way. Congestion around the Coffee machine and toaster. One morning the toaster caught fire and no smoke alarm was heard. I spoke to the manager who says the alarm registed. I dont think thats a good answer. We could smell burning. The evening Buffet was OK but for example the oriental evening just seemed to be spring rolls. The staff in the buffet were surly and not helpful. They were more interested in selling average wine with a large mark up. The one lift was a bit odd and many occasions did not want to go the the third floor. The entertainment was very late.

The bad wasn’t made by maids when they where cleaning, she made the half bad and apparently forgot the other half.

It was a great experience overall, views from the room was outstanding. All the places were nearby. Room space was very good. The staff was too good especially Eti and Vicente. They both were very friendly and helpful. I would give them 5 star for their service.

Swimming Pool should be heated.

I really liked the hotel, and the staff were very helpful and friendly, everyone in the restaurant and reception. And Thanks a lot for Eti The cheerful woman who helped us with our stay at the hotel The facilities are nice and clean, and the restaurant is too.The hotel boasts the most beautiful view in the city, offering a peaceful sunset. The room was quiet and undisturbed. While the hotel has a Spa, it wasn't included in the room rate. There are drinking water machines distributed throughout the hotel. I highly recommend visiting this hotel.If I have another opportunity, I would be delighted to stay in the hotel again.

The variety of food was limited, There were no toiletries (flip-flops, toothpaste, toothbrush, shower cap, shower gel), and the Hand soap and shampoo had a strange smell.
