Atlas Motor Lodge

Stayed in town to hop on the train to Yankee Stadium the next morning. Would choose a different stop next time. The local area is very dull and run down. Very little to do. The accommodations were lackluster and there was a bit of an unpleasant smell throughout the entire building. The location was easy to find and the building looks nice from the outside. The service from the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Excellent staff, mediocre comfort.

Place is very small but my room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Good for a one night stay.

Quaint hotel - reasonably priced.

I was skeptical at first of the cleanliness and comfort ability of the establishment. I must say it exceeded my expectations, it was nice, cozy, and clean. It gave me a homely feel.

Excellent service and very clean room

We were given a free "upgrade" to a larger room. Very adequate for those traveling on a budget!

Now I know what it means to stay at a "cut-rate" place. NEVER again. The bed was not comfortable, the pillows were thin, the towels rough, the floor covering was coming up in places. The Vizio tv was basically an advertisement for Vizio tv's......with the product details of the tv across the bottom of the screen! Can't say I ever watched tv that way before! Only good thing I can say is that the shower had good water pressure. The shampoo/conditioner provided was cheap cheap cheap.....a "combination shampoo/conditioner", which I had to use my teeth to tear the top open! I learned my lesson......cheap is cheap......

we had a good stay until we woke up with bedbug bites. we found two, so we know that's what it was.

The hotel was "dated" but otherwise clean. Staff was helpful and nice.

The staff was wonderful, and did everything they could to make my stay comfortable. Two thumbs up, Atlas Motor Lodge!
