Alton Lodge Motel

we loved having sky and the ability to record the program we want to watch as it suites us and what we used to at home, don't like places that only provide the basic free tv or silly app things when we and many don't use them, but this place with sky was great. a good size room, plus we found to be nice and quiet. may not be perfect but we were quite happy there.

didn't like having to go up and down stairs to bedroom as no toilet down there and have to climb up stairs, which is hard when have aching legs etc, especialy in morning or if wake in the night to go to the toilet. was good to have parking nearby, but each park was labeled as relevant for trhe unit numberr, this was not explained to others as they parked in our allocated space, but may have not been told where they are meant to park. several things need some obvious maintenance, such as taps etc. road is regularly far too busy to easily get out and vehical crossing is too steep as rough to get in and out in a rush with heavy traffic passing by.

We enjoyed the pool was a little cold but refreshing, The staff were amazing especially the amazing guy at the front desk. Easy check in. Room was perfect for our family , was so quiet , so close to town also. Was perfect for us. Would recommend.

The staff is very friendly, he even cleaned the pool out for us to swim in. Townships & community very closeby

Downstairs bedrooms get very hot in the summer.

Space and everything you need to relax especially the sky with most of the channels was a BONUS! The pool was lovely and cool, nice and refreshing.

Beds were a bit hard as mattresses were firm.

When I arrived, my room wasn't clean a r all.
