Cemetery next door. My door lock was temperamental and I actually got locked out. Lucky the friendly manager was still awake and didn't mind helping me.

The furniture was in poor condition — chairs in the lounge were broken, and the legs on both the TV table and dining table were bent, which I had to straighten to stop them from collapsing. The lounge suite was hidden under a blanket to disguise patches, and one bed’s headboard was broken. The beds themselves were hard and uncomfortable. The downstairs staircase feels unsafe and could be a serious hazard. The rooms are dark, dingy, and very dated, and the entire place is in desperate need of an upgrade. Also, despite being advertised, there was no heated swimming pool.

Check in was easy, close to CBD, good parking.

Pool was out of order, in bedroom under bed was thick with dust and dirty. Beds hadn't been pulled out and vacuumed under for ages. There was a very strong smell like a men's colone that lingered for ages. All doors and windows were opened to ventilate.
