Add more fruits for breakfast. Play local music and from north africa instead of western lounge music. Proactive promotional material for landmarks and walks.

Personal wenig professionell, insbes. beim Frühstück: wenig Serviceorientierung, kein Tische abwischen, Nachschub an Tellern, Löffeln etc. am Buffet tlw. sehr schleppend.
